Due to the enclosed work environment and close proximity of client/therapist in the treatment room, ReGain Registered Massage Therapy Inc. patients and staff are still required to wear face masks until further notice. We ask for your patience and cooperation with our COVID-19 protocols and encourage you to talk to us regarding your specific concerns.

Clients

⦁  Arrive on time and wait outside until you are asked to come in.
⦁  Sanitize your hands upon entry.
⦁  Complete COVID-19 self-assessment 24 hours before the appointment.
⦁  Reschedule your appointment if feeling unwell, traveled outside of BC within 14 days, or came in contact with an individual who was asked to quarantine.
⦁  Wear a mask while in the clinic (until further notice) with the exception when lying on the stomach during the treatment.
⦁  Respect 6 feet social distancing while not receiving the treatment.

Therapists

⦁  Complete COVID-19 self-assessment 24 hours before starting the shift.
⦁  Sanitize hands before and after each client and often anytime in between.
⦁  Respect 6 feet social distancing while not in the treatment room.
⦁  Follow sanitization protocol of the treatment room, waiting area and washroom with 10:1 bleach solution between each appointment (massage table, chairs, door handles, light switches, POS machine, and all hard touch surfaces.
⦁  Change linen between each client, launder it in hot water, and dry it with high heat for 1 hour
