About Us

Valeria’s interest in massage therapy began years back while managing her then work-related ailments. Through this process, she recognized the benefits of massage therapy but wanted a deeper understanding of a link between massage and one’s health.

This curiosity led Valeria to pursue her education through Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, which she completed with honors in 2020. During her 3000-hour training, Valeria treated various ailments, and she is comfortable addressing multiple musculoskeletal injuries and nerve compressions. Still, her passion lies in helping clients with pre-existing systemic conditions, those suffering from postural dysfunctions and chronic pain. Valeria also welcomes women at any stage of pregnancy for management of pregnancy-related symptoms or well-deserved relaxation massage.

Valeria will customize a treatment plan with the clients’ safety at the forefront. Each treatment will be unique to address their specific goals and may include modalities such as Sweedish, myofascial work, trigger point release, deep tissue techniques, stretching, joint mobilization, or hydrotherapy.

Valeria welcomes clients of various backgrounds and can’t wait to develop therapeutic relationships based on compassion and trust.
She will share her advanced understanding of muscle anatomy and body biomechanics with her clients to help them better understand their bodies and aid them in becoming their own health advocates.

Valeria also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of British Columbia and still practices as a pharmacist in a community setting. When not working, she spends her time vegetable gardening, spending time with her family, and enjoying the outdoors of Sunshine Coast with her dog Lyza in tow.
